We are continuing to work in the office during our normal hours, and we will meet with clients on an appointment only basis. We have a dropbox at the Douglas office, which is a sufficient way for us to receive your documents, or you can mail any documents to our Ft Collins office and we will return to you with your completed return. We are also encouraging clients to allow us to prepare your tax returns electronically, rather than the usual bound paper copies, so we are able to return them to you more efficiently and reduce the need for walk-in traffic. All signature forms and payments can be mailed or dropped through the dropbox.

Regarding SBA Loan Applications: We are receiving an abundance of requests for documents to complete these applications. We will be happy to provide those documents directly to you or the bank. Please know that we are still in tax season, so, we will get those over to the bank etc., at our earliest convenience. Just know that we can?t possibly get all of these requests handled immediately. Additionally, please be aware that this is not a free service of ours to provide documents to the bank.
